The Fellowship Fund promises that no resident will be asked to leave a United Methodist Home community due to inability to pay the total cost of care. Annually, the Foundation distributes $2 million for charitable care and $1 million for capital improvements to benefit residents in UMH senior living communities.

The Foundation's Fellowship Fund also produces annual income for resident care and services. It grows through generous gifts of cash, securities, bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, real estate and personal property.
